These trip logs usually start out with a page of background, how the trip happened, general information, and other self indulgent ramblings. This time, there's not much to say. I wanted to visit my sister in Northern California, and be there for my nephew's 6th birthday, on July 5th. Terry wanted to visit her niece Kelly, in Southern Washington. I proposed that we combine the two, and also spend a few days by ourselves, somewhere in Oregon. So that's what we did.
